#01: Gratifications I

“Anyone who drinks the water I give will never thirst- NOT EVER” –John 4:13b (MSG)

Drinking from the water Jesus gives may mean tapping or partaking into the gift of Salvation. As far as one is saved and remains in Christ, there is this utmost satisfaction (NO MORE THIRST) that comes with it. One doesn’t live a life of guilt anymore or a life of dissatisfaction.

It is because some have either not been ‘saved’ or have refused to stay in Christ that they run to the world to quench their thirst. And surprisingly, the world has “satisfaction mimics” which it renders to such desperate individuals.

Such “satisfaction mimics” (immoral acts, neurological stimulation with substances, evil thoughts and the likes), on the long run render an individual useless and still left in an unsatisfied state. Also it makes such a one lose interest in the things of God.

But the good news is that; for you to be satisfied and remain satisfied, just tap into the water that Jesus gives (gift of salvation) and you shall never thirst anymore.

HAPPY SUNDAY
