Click here to watch the video version   And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away."  Rev 21:3-4 Some say a home is a place where you live permanently with probably your loved ones or a place where you feel that you belong, some say home isn't a place, but it is a feeling or a person that makes you feel secure and peaceful. Watch the video instead I am the Way, and the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.   John 14:6 “How the mighty have fallen!” The desolate streets of Jerusalem echoed these words as Babylon laid siege over the city, burnt it to the ground and carried away captive the children of God. Once, they were the apple of God’s eyes; God’s elect, but sin led them captive; exiles in Babylon – away from the Land of Promise (echoes of our exile from Eden because of sin). The prophets had warned them that their sin would lead them to destruction and before their very eyes, it was so. But would exile have the final word? Was there any hope for Israel? Yes! The prophets as often as they heralded the coming exile also spoke about a hope: This is what the Lord says: "When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will come to you and fulfil my gracious promise to bring you back to this place. 11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans

For in a single hour your judgment has come" Revelations 18:10 4,000 years ago, there was a powerful, progressive, and incredibly wealthy city. It developed into one of the greatest cities in the world. The streets were paved, numerous gates lead into the city wall that had over 250 towers that were at least 100meters high. This is where modern writing and mathematics were invented. Roads, Ferris and Draw bridges ensured efficient transport. The mythical garden was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. The city's wealth was unimaginable, the people created impressive works out of gold, there was a golden image of Baal, a beautiful table that was supposedly made of 22, 000 kilos of pure gold with a golden Lion and a golden statue of man. The majestic royal palace was the largest ever built in world history. Babylon use to exist in wha

#190: Exile: Our Journey Eastward

Therefore, the LORD God sent him out from the garden of Eden to work the ground from which he was taken. He drove out the man, and at the East of the garden, He placed the cherubim and a flaming sword that turned every way to guard the way to the tree of life. ( Gen 3:23-24 ) ...and so began our exile; thus began our journey Eastward. Driven away from "home sweet home". Before now, man had access to God's holy presence. The garden of Eden was where heaven came down to earth; where God communed with man. All these were lost when man fell. We were banished from the presence of the LORD. Everything changed; the tug of war from the knowledge of good and evil began. Because in man's spiritual anatomy, his essence was to commune with his Creator and please Him; but even though we desired this good thing, our methodology was evil. Then entered Cain, he killed his brother because his offering was not accepted: ...but for Cain and his offering, God had no regard. So Cain wa
